Sarah graduated from K.U. Leuven Law School in 2003 (Master's degree). She spent the penultimate year of her studies at the (frenchspeaking) Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL).

She started her career at the Brussels bar with the firm Baker & McKenzie. In 2004-2005 Sarah studied at the University of Chicago Law School (USA) where she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in corporate and financial law.

After her return from the United States, Sarah joined the Corporate/M&A department of Linklaters. At Linklaters, her practice focussed on assisting clients (among which a large number of Bel-20 companies and multinationals) with mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. She also advised clients on a wide range of corporate law topics.

Beside her broad experience in corporate law, Sarah has a strong interest in the law governing the not-for-profit sector and the social economy.

Since October 2010, Sarah reinforces Curia's corporate and not-for profit/social profit team.
