Stéphanie graduated in 2002 (LL.M., K.U. Leuven), including a year abroad at the Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg), gaining a certificate in "Notions Fondamentales de Droit International, Européen et Comparé".

Stéphanie joined the Brussels Bar in October 2002 with Van Olmen en Wynant, focusing on labour law. She also developed expertise in public service litigation, and served as in house counsel with a Belgian blue-chip company.

Stéphanie joined the Leuven Bar in February 2006, with the labour law department of maxius.

She advises on all HR-issues and has proficient expertise in the drafting of contracts, remuneration packages, the social cost of mergers and acquisitions, dismissal management and end-of-career packages. Stéphanie represents both employers and employees in court, including in prosecution cases involving labour law.
